Our winery has been founded with one strong influence in mind – the French culture of wine production and cultivation…

Albert Gignac tried to replicate his family’s Lille winery in the US, which he ultimately did. We produce both red, white and rose wines, making a wide range of wine varietals. That kind of diversity allows our clients to have a full range of choices…

It's truly incredible, how many red wine varieties are out there and how many vintages of it are available yearly... Just to name a few, there is Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Malbec, Pinot noir, Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Barbera... We can assure you that we've got all of those in one place. Visit our winery & restaurant to get a glass of fine wine and accompany it with a perfectly paired meal....

While the red wines are known for their numerous varieties, white wines are a bit less in number, though much more refreshing when chilled... Just start with a glass of Chardonnay or a Sauvignon blanc and carry on with either Semillon, Moscato, Pinot grigio, Gewürztraminer or a Riesling... In the last few years, the Rosé wine has experienced a spiking boom on the US market. Its popularity is especially peaking during the warm months of the year. In France, it now eclipses the sale of red wine! It's nice to know, that unlike white grapes that are white wine, and red grapes that are red wine, pink grapes don’t naturally exist in nature. Hence, the rose wine is a result of hard labor and sophisticated wine mixing techniques.....
